Here we have put together the most important questions and answers for you.

  • Is it possible to pick up the ordered products yourself?

    Many of our customers pick up their order directly from us to save transport costs. For larger orders, we ask you to organize a suitable means of transport. In special cases, we are also happy to lend you our bus or our trailer for transport - after prior arrangement (due to the size of the trailer, you need additional qualifications). ‍

  • Can I order samples?
    Yes you can. Here you come to our sample shop , where you can then choose your samples.
  • Can I inspect the products in the showroom/show garden?

    You are welcome to visit us at any time in Perwang in our unique showroom and show garden or in our showroom in Thalgau. At both locations you can get to know our products, touch them, feel them and experience them live. ‍

    We are there for you at both locations: ‍
    Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m

  • Which countries do we deliver to?
    We deliver our products to Austria, Germany, Italy and Switzerland. We are happy to try to find an individual solution for orders outside of these countries. Please send us your inquiry using our contact form , by email shop@trumerholz. c om or call +43 6217 2900320.
  • How and where can I find Trumer wood?

     You can find us in Palting in Upper Austria - in the heart of the Trumer Lakes area. Or at the gates of Salzburg in Thalgau. You can find the exact directions here or on our homepage under Contact & Directions . Experience a stress-free buying experience with plenty of parking and a spacious and clear display area.

  • Who should I contact if I would like to receive specific pricing information?
    In general, the prices are shown for the respective product. If you need any further price information, please send us your inquiry using our contact form , by email to shop@trumerholz.com or by phone

  • How does the product price calculation per square meter work?
Our products are priced in a package price in the first step
then converted to the price per square meter and accordingly for the product
expelled. You can do this directly for the respective product
Enter the required floor space in square meters and we will then calculate it for you
Final price with the actual number of packages delivered and the
included sqm. So you can change the order quantity yourself at any time
vary – depending on how many square meters are included in a package.
  • How are Trumer Holz products delivered?

    After consultation, we deliver our products ourselves in the area or work with reliable shipping companies and delivery companies. You are also welcome to pick up your order directly from us.

  • Do I have to assemble these myself?

     You can find out whether the products are already assembled, what you need for assembly or whether we can help you with assembly in the respective product description.   • I'm not sure how best to lay the decking on my patio? Which laying direction? Which attachment? who can help me here?

     Of course, we will also find the right solution for your project. If you are interested in a specific product, send us the product name, your required size,... and we will create an individual, non-binding offer for you by email.
